CONSULTATION AND PREPARATION

Before you begin your laser hair removal treatments, stop plucking and waxing. One of the best ways to prepare for hair removal treatment is to cease all forms of plucking and waxing. Shave the area 24 hours before every treatment. Avoid sun exposure for a week prior to treatment. Do not use any bleach products on the skin 6 week prior to treatment. Check your medications to make sure they do not cause photo sensitivity. Remove all makeup, lotions and creams from areas being treated.

To achieve the best results, complete the full treatment schedule at the recommended intervals(typically 4-6 weeks). Following your Diolaze laser hair removal treatment, you may experience a mild sunburn-like redness and slight swelling. However, these effects should resolve within one to three days, with full recovery in two weeks. Individual recovery will depend on the thickness of the hair in the treatment area. Avoid extended exposure for 7 days post-treatment. Avoid using seat warmers immediately after treatment.
